The grips are black with the usual chips in the bottom corner as shown on the photos. When you fan the hammer the cylinder rotates just as it should. When you pull the trigger the cylinder rotates correctly and the hammer fires. This cap gun made by Hubley is still tight, probably never fired caps. The bullet loading side gate works great.
